SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Delivery

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@liraeldreamveil.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We ship products to most countries, but there are a few exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, we don’t ship to: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine Russia Belarus The Gaza Strip region in Palestine Ecuador Cuba Iran Syria North KoreaBecause of the ongoing war in Ukraine, shipping is very limited. For now, we can only deliver to Ukraine orders that are fulfilled in our Latvian facility. The same restrictions apply to Kosovo; we only ship products from our Latvian facility, and the available products are limited. Note: Shipping restrictions can change depending on world events.
